St RegisSt Regis Residences is a 173 unit 999-year leasehold apartments in the Tanglin area (a tranquil, prestigious residential district near the Orchard Road) along Cuscaden Road. St Regis residents are expected to have access to services – like room service, cleaning and butler service.

The cluster will have a 299 room Six-star Hotel Tower, 2 Apartment Towers, an air-conditioned two-story indoor tennis court complex, a luxurious swimming pool and a large ballroom with capacity for 1,000 guests. The St Regis Residences will offer full condominium facilities and comprise 19 three-bedroom units (1,500 sq ft); 140 four-bedroom units (2,000 to 4,000 sq ft); 7 sky suites (4,300 to 6,000 sq ft); and 7 penthouses (5,000 to 7,200 sq ft).

St Regis has set a new benchmark of S$4,600 psf for property prices in Singapore — 25% higher than the previous record of S$2,400 notched in the mid-1990s.
